QualityNew orders which will lead to a 70% growth in turnover between 2011 and 2015 attest to the satisfaction of Montupet existing customers. Customer satisfaction is the absolute target of the Quality Policy which encompasses all the company’s activities from R&D to daily deliveries. It is formally assessed every year.

To hit the target the Group operates a comprehensive Quality Management System and all sites are certified to ISO/TS 16949.

As a result customers benefit from a reliable product development process and from high quality deliveries. Montupet strives to anticipate future specifications through continuous improvement, thereby contributing to the progress of our automotive customers.
