1.All external advertisements are advertised in a local newspaper.

2.Applications of advertised vacancies are shortlisted according to the criteria stated in the job advertisement.

3.Depending on the vacancy, candidates are invited for aptitude tests and / or first interviews to assess technical expertise, confirm qualifications etc.

4.At the second interview stage, candidates may be invited for a tour of the shopfloor and for further interview questions.

5.The final stage of the selection process is to attend a company medical with the Occupational Health Nurse.
